Your Tasks

• Lead, coach, and further develop an interdisciplinary team of DevOps Engineers, System Administrators, and Security Specialists

• Built, operate, and strategically develop modern development platforms and infrastructure

• Introduce new tools, methods, and automation solutions to increase efficiency, quality, and developer experience

• Be responsible for DevOps-, DevSecOps- and Security-Compliance topics as well as support audits (e.g. ISO 27001)

• Closely collaborate with development-, test-, and IT-teams

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in the fields of DevOps, Platform Engineering, IT Infrastructure or Software Development as well as initial leadership experience

• In-depth knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Cloud Technologies, Observability, IT-Security and Compliance

• Experience with agile methods, DevOps-/DevSecOps principles and modern operational and deployment processes

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills

• Very good German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
