Your Tasks

• goal-oriented management of customer advisor teams

• responsibility and professional leadership of a team

• continuous support and development of customer advisors through coaching and training

• regular reporting and reporting to superiors on KPIs

• ensuring quality targets and the given success rates

• optimization of work processes and procedures in collaboration with project management

Your Profile

• experience in team leadership and coaching (ideally call center)

• very good German language skills in writing and speaking

• safe handling of common PC applications (e.g. MS Office)

• high level of assessment ability, self-responsibility, team fit, and assertiveness

• performance- and sales-oriented as well as structured work style

• high personal engagement and the ability to self-motivation
