Your Tasks

• Fachliche und teilweise disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von aktuell 25 Mitarbeitern

• Führung und Protokollierung von Mitarbeiter-, Feedback- und Beurteilungsgesprächen

• Mitwirkung an der Personaleinsatz- und Urlaubsplanung

• Mitarbeiterentwicklung durch Schulung, Coaching und Silent Monitoring von Kundenbetreuern

• Sicherstellung von KPI`s – vorwiegend im Bereich Qualitätssicherung und Produktivität

• Erstellung Pflege von Produktivitätsreports inklusive eigenständiger Ableitung von Maßnahmen

• Unterstützung und Vertretung der Projektleitung in der Abwesenheit

Your Profile

• Erfahrung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support innerhalb eines Callcenters

• very good didactic and methodological competence

• ideally Erfahrung im Bereich Teamführung und Mitarbeitergesprächen

• Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Empathie, Teamfähigkeit

• technical understanding, motivational ability, and approachable demeanor

• willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed
