Aufgaben

• Carrying out mechanical maintenance, repair, and upkeep work on machines and technical equipment.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues as well as conducting functional tests.
• Supporting installations, assemblies, and commissionings on-site.
• Conducting safety inspections and creating simple risk assessments and test protocols.
• Collaborating with other technicians and departments to efficiently solve problems. Documenting all work performed and creating technical reports and KPI data.
• Assisting in smaller renovations, adaptations, and optimizations of machines and technical components.
• Supporting the team in customer-facing service deployments and technical inquiries.

Qualifikation

• Completed training as a technician or master in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Multiple years of professional experience (5-10 years).
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high self-motivation.
• Experience in customer service and dealing with external companies.
• A strong team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Willingness to travel within the region or nationwide.
• Safe German language skills, good English knowledge (at least B2), French is an asset.
• Class B driver's license.
• IT affinity and very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, ideally MS Project.
