As a Team Lead Logistics (m/f/d), you are the heart of daily operations in our Fulfillment Center (FC) in Viernheim. You coach, motivate, and support your team of Shoppers, ensuring they feel good and achieve great things together. Your commitment is crucial to making our warehouse operations run smoothly. In close collaboration with other team leads and shift management, you ensure that we, as a large team, achieve our daily goals.

What Awaits You

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 20+ Shoppers daily. You are their first point of contact, always have an open ear, and foster their development.
• Teamwork: Together with other team leads and shift management, you proactively manage processes in the FC. You contribute significantly to a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
• Day-to-day Operations: Ensure that all orders leave the FC on time, safely, and in the best quality. You are the rock in the surf who keeps a cool head and radiates calm, even in stressful situations.
• Process Optimization: Contribute your ideas and continuously improve our logistics processes together with leadership. You encourage your team to think along and actively get involved.
• Fair Salary with Perspective: An annual salary between €34,000 and €38,000 gross, evaluated through annual performance reviews, for your personal and financial development.

What You Bring Along

• You have completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or a similar field.
• Alternatively, you have at least 1 year of professional experience in team leadership or a similar leadership position in logistics.
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills to communicate within our international team.
• You are flexible for work in two shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM & 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, including Saturdays) in a 37.5-hour week.
• You love working with people and are willing to pitch in yourself.
