Team Leader Logistics (m/f/d)

• As Team Leader Logistics, you will be responsible for the daily operations in the areas of goods receipt and goods issue, as well as the management of our shipping service providers.
• Personnel planning for the reliable execution of internal processes is your responsibility.
• Through targeted carrier management, you ensure that the costs and quality of our external shipping partners are optimally controlled.
• You promote efficient collaboration among all departments and coordinate a smooth workflow in the areas of goods receipt, goods issue, and new merchandise.
• You are co-responsible for maintaining KPI lists for continuous process improvement.

• You already have experience in leading operational teams.
• You have successfully managed service providers efficiently in the past.
• You possess excellent communication skills for dealing with employees and external service providers.
• You have a precise and detail-oriented way of working.
• You have a confident and self-assured demeanor in challenging situations.
• You have knowledge of inventory management systems and/or MS Excel and Google Apps.
• You are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
