Team Leader Logistics Construction Steel

In this key role, you will take responsibility for our construction steel logistics and, together with your team, ensure that all processes (from goods receipt to on-time loading) run efficiently, safely, and smoothly.

• Technical and personnel management of a team of four employees
• Staff planning as well as fostering and further developing the team
• Role model in the areas of quality, occupational safety, and efficiency
• Overall responsibility for logistics processes from goods receipt to the loading point
• Responsibility for the execution and organization of inventories
• Ensuring on-time and qualitatively flawless delivery
• Continuous optimization of logistics processes
• Close cooperation with production to ensure a smooth material flow
• Coordination with dispatch for optimal planning and utilization of truck loading
• Coordination of orders in close cooperation with sales
• Processing of ERP processes from goods receipt to the creation of delivery notes
• Ensuring correct bookings and high data quality

• Completed vocational training in logistics or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience as well as initial leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
• Enjoy leading, motivating, and developing employees
• High awareness of quality, safety, and responsibility
• Experience with ERP systems and good MS Office skills
• Resilience, assertiveness, and the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
