Then Picnic is the right place for you! Because we are looking for a Graduate Team Lead for our Last Mile location (Hub) in Wolfsburg.
The hubs are supplied with our already perfectly picked goods from the central warehouse (Fulfillment Center) and serve as distribution centers, the final stop in our logistics chain before the groceries land on the customer's kitchen table.

What awaits you 

• Team Leadership: Hire your team and coach them to success. You can also plan great events to further strengthen team cohesion.
• Development into a Leader: You not only manage the shift schedules but also take over the onboarding and development of the runners (drivers) at one of our hubs, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
• Delivery Management: You take responsibility when the trucks arrive with fresh goods and ensure that everything is in order! And if something is missing, you quickly organize re-deliveries – you always keep an eye on the logistics at your location.
• Process Management: You keep operations running by continuously focusing on our operational key figures (KPIs) and guarantee that everything runs safely and like clockwork, true to our motto: “Safety First”.
• Teamwork: In close exchange with the Customer Success Team, our central warehouse (Fulfillment Center), and other hubs, you make our customers happy.
• Punctual Departures: Thanks to you, our drivers are always on their way to our customers on time, so we can meet our promised time windows.
• Contribute Your Ideas: From coordinating the repair of our electric vehicles and designing the hub layout to recruiting our runners – your ideas contribute to our joint growth and elevate our logistics processes to a new level.

What you bring 

• A university degree or completed vocational training in logistics, retail, or similar fields. 
• Initial experience in leading teams – either professionally or you have already coached another successful team.
• Fluent German and good English language skills.
• You possess a valid Class B driver's license.
• Good communication skills and a confident demeanor.
• You enjoy making decisions based on numbers and facts.
