In this position, you will make a decisive contribution to the smooth handling of all warehouse and logistics processes within the company. As the interface between the warehouse team, production, and external service providers, you will ensure efficient goods flow and timely supply to internal and external customers. You will take responsibility for operational control, inventory management, and quality assurance in the logistics area.
About The Role
- Leadership and scheduling of warehouse staff, including shift and task coordination
- Responsibility for inventory management, warehouse organization, and inventory processes
- Management and supervision of external transport and warehouse service providers
- Handling of the entire goods flow: incoming goods, storage, production supply, shipping, and disposal
- Ensuring timely customer deliveries, including order picking, shipping planning, and transport securing
About You
- Completed vocational training in logistics and several years of experience in a comparable position in an industrial environment
- Leadership experience – or sound operational experience with demonstrable assumption of responsibility, e.g., as a deputy team leader
- Proficient in warehouse management systems, ERP, and MS Office 365
- Knowledge of load securing and logistics-relevant regulations
- English language skills at A2 level and a valid forklift license (Class C driving license is an advantage)
