DEINE MISSION

As Teamleiter Lager, you're the heart of our supply chain. You ensure that incoming goods, commissioning and outgoing goods run smoothly – and lead your team with foresight, hands-on mentality and clear communication. You make a difference every day: for your team, for our stores and for our guests.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Must-Haves

•       Professional experience in a comparable position (logistics, warehouse management or team leadership)

•       Experience in employee leadership – you lead by example

•       Good German and English skills

•       High decision-making competence and clear, direct communication

•       Hands-on mentality – you roll up your sleeves when it counts

•       Motivation to make a real impact in a rapidly growing company

Nice-to-Haves

•       Experience in food production or catering logistics

•       Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP tools

•       HACCP knowledge or experience with food hygiene
