Your future employer is a Berlin-based general contractor with an order backlog of around €600 million. The team leadership position is newly created and reports directly to the Head of Bid Management.

The following tasks await you:

• Lead the calculation team both technically and disciplinarily
• Manage resources, prioritize bids
• Ensure the quality of structural engineering (SF) calculations
• Assess technical and economic risks
• Train and develop estimators
• Further develop processes, e.g., using 5D methods

What you bring with you:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Business Engineering Construction or Construction Technician
• Several years of experience in structural engineering (SF) calculation, ideally with a general contractor (GU) or general planner (GÜ)
• Technical or disciplinary leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of RIB iTWO
• German language proficiency at least C1 level
