Area Munich – Full-time – Permanent

Are you from IT Support, IT Service Desk or System Administration and want to take the next step? In this role, you will take on the technical responsibility for IT support and at the same time actively participate in the operational day-to-day business.

As a Team Leader IT Support (m/f/d), you will manage support, prioritize requests and be the contact person for escalations. At the same time, you will remain technically close to the action and support your team with more complex support cases.

You report directly to the management and have the opportunity to improve support processes, IT service structures and workflows sustainably.

Tasks

• Technical and organizational responsibility for the IT support / IT service desk
• Participation in operational IT support and processing of complex support cases
• Prioritization and structuring of support requests and tickets
• Contact person for support escalations
• Close cooperation with the management
• Optimization of support processes, IT service procedures and support structures
• Support of the team with technical questions

Qualification

• Experience in IT support, IT service desk or as an IT system administrator
• At least 1 year of leadership experience or 3 years of professional experience in IT support
• Completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist system integration)
• IT generalist
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good English skills for everyday work
• Driver's license class B
• Structured and self-reliant way of working
• Strong service orientation in IT support
• Place of residence within accessible proximity to Dachau
