As IT Support Team Leader (m/w/d), you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth IT operation and the further development of systems at multiple locations. You will serve as a central interface between users, IT teams, and service providers, ensuring that modern IT solutions make the hospital's daily operations more efficient.

Tasks

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines lokalen IT-Teams (including apprentices)
• Koordination of additional IT staff at two further clinic locations in the West region (without permanent presence on site)
• Close cooperation with central expert teams from the infrastructure and application areas
• Acceptance, evaluation, and prioritization of IT requests, as well as steering of solution processes
• Synchronization with user groups, service providers, and internal interfaces
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, as well as planning and implementation of maintenance work
• Organization and accompaniment of smaller IT projects in coordination with the departments
• Maintenance and further development of technical documentation

Qualification

• Completed IT training or study with an information technology focus
• Several years of experience in the IT field, as well as a broad technical understanding of IT systems
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Good knowledge of KIS Dedalus ORBIS is advantageous
• Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented work style with a strong service mentality
• Analytical skills and joy in pragmatically solving complex problems
• High motivation, enthusiasm for digitalization, and the desire to sustainably improve hospital operations
