Team Lead IT Operations (m/f/d)

regiocom IT-Services (IT-S) ensures the stable and future-proof operation of our infrastructure. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Team Leader IT Infrastructure (m/f/d).

Your team is responsible for central platforms around Linux, SAP, SRE, and databases, ensuring that our systems run reliably and efficiently.

• You will assume the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team with a focus on Linux, SAP Basis, SRE, and databases.
• You will continuously develop the technical focus areas and strategies of your team.
• You will plan and implement security-related measures, keeping standards and compliance in mind.
• You will be involved in the installation, monitoring, and support of complex IT systems – from classic servers to modern platform services.
• You will actively support certification and quality assurance measures in IT operations.
• You will coordinate 3rd level support for our core systems and ensure efficient solutions for disruptions and problems.

• You have a completed (technical) university degree in IT or a completed IT apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
• You have sound knowledge of Linux administration as well as experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and databases.
• You have practical experience in SAP Basis administration (ideally with SAP R/3 and/or S/4HANA).
• You work in a structured, analytical manner and bring initiative and strategic thinking.
• You are a team player, have strong communication skills, and know how to motivate and lead people.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1).
