Team Leader IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of the IT Infrastructure team
• Strategic further development of the technical architecture in an enterprise environment
• Analysis and evaluation of change requests in the global application architecture
• Participation in the operational daily business of the team
• Medium and long-term personnel planning with regard to capacities, skills and career planning of the team
• Monitoring compliance with quality characteristics in application operation and continuous improvement of operational processes
• Ensuring smooth operation of the IT infrastructure
• Execution and control of national and international projects

• Completed studies in computer science/business informatics or comparable training
• Leadership experience in the IT environment is an advantage
• Good understanding of IT processes, ITIL certification is an advantage
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working with high analytical skills
• Self-responsibility, team spirit, flexibility and hands-on mentality
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Confident communication in German and English, both written and spoken
