Team Leader IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of the IT Infrastructure team
• Strategic further development of the technical architecture in an enterprise environment
• Analysis and evaluation of change requests in the global application architecture
• Involvement in the team's operational day-to-day business
• Medium- and long-term personnel planning with regard to capacities, skills, and career planning of the team
• Monitoring of compliance with quality features in application operations and continuous improvement of operational processes
• Ensuring smooth operation of the IT infrastructure
• Execution and management of national and international projects

• Completed studies in Computer Science/Business Informatics or comparable training
• Leadership experience in the IT environment is an advantage
• Good understanding of IT processes, ITIL certification is an advantage
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working with a high level of analytical ability
• Responsibility, team spirit, flexibility, and hands-on mentality
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Fluent communication in German and English, both spoken and written
