Team Lead IT Finance & Risk (m/f/d)

Our Team Lead IT Finance & Risk is responsible for the professional and personnel leadership of the entire team within the IT Delivery department. He ensures the stable, secure, and economical provision of the business applications supported and drives their further development in close cooperation with the business units.

• You will have professional and disciplinary leadership of the assigned employees and promote their professional and personal development.
• You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and further development of the supported applications and services in the Risk & Finance / SAP area.
• You will manage internal and external resources as well as relevant service providers.
• You will prioritize and implement requirements in agreement with business units and stakeholders.
• You will ensure compliance with quality, security, compliance, and architectural specifications and are responsible for planning, budget, risks, and capacities within the team.

• You have several years of professional experience in IT as well as in leading employees and project teams.
• You possess extensive knowledge in the environment of strictly regulated companies and in the area of SAP and/or risk-relevant business processes.
• You are characterized by strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• You demonstrate a high customer and service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
• You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

You are part of our IT team at Allane SE and are based in the greater Munich area.
