Job description
We are looking for an engaged person in exclusive agreement with a well-established financial services provider in Hanover to fill a fascinating dual role: initially active participation in ongoing software transformation in the collecting area – subsequently takeover of team leadership for a team of 8-10 employees (expected from early 2027).
Our client provides order management and is embedded in an economically stable, institutional shareholder circle.
Tasks
- Active participation in new collecting processes within the framework of ongoing software implementation
- Collaboration with internal project responsible persons and external experts
- Documented optimization of end-to-end collecting processes
- Step-by-step takeover of team leadership (expected from early 2027)
- Leadership and further development of a team of 8-10 employees
- Responsibility for pre-judicial collecting, debt collection, enforcement proceedings, and insolvency
Qualification
- Fundamental experience in collecting / order management (current state)
- First leadership experience advantageous – communication and assertiveness skills
- Process-oriented thinking; experience in IT projects / system implementations welcome
- Residence in Hanover or willingness to relocate
- Pleasure in change and active participation in shaping new structures
