We – the efficiency pioneers – are an innovative partner for building renovation with services around energy consulting, planning, and funding. Since five years we've been driving forward the climate-friendly transformation of buildings with now around 50 engaged colleagues. We accompany our clients comprehensively on their renovation journey and ensure a clear, efficient, and optimized implementation. That sets us apart in the industry and drives climate protection forward.

Now we're starting to build a new team for multi-family homes/WEG renovation, focusing on technical building equipment (TGA) and comprehensive renovation concepts. For that, we're looking for you as Team Leader – a convincing professional who builds a team and leads own projects at the same time.

Aufgaben

• Teambuilding & Führung: You build a new team with experienced colleagues – with strong customer focus and clear processes. As part of the management board, you make strategic decisions for team and department development.
• You're responsible for your team's success based on financial key figures (e.g., order intake), team, and customer satisfaction.
• Projektorganisation & Struktur: You develop efficient workflows, define interfaces, and ensure that deadlines, milestones, and quality standards are met. You create transparency and priorities to enable your team to work optimally.
• Fachliche Unterstützung: You're the point of contact for prioritizations and project decisions and actively support your team – also operationally. In complex situations, you find pragmatic approaches and solutions.
• Weiterentwicklung & Gestaltung: You bring in ideas, optimize processes, and shape the future of our WEG department actively.

Qualifikation

• Technical background – e.g., from mechanical engineering, building technology, energy/environmental technology, or a comparable qualification
• First leadership experience is an advantage – but not necessarily from the job. Also, volunteer work, project management, or other responsibility roles count! You understand how to involve people, clearly communicate decisions, and resolve conflicts constructively.
• You take responsibility for what you do and measure your work by its results. You don't just talk about solutions – you implement them directly.
• With your positive, motivating attitude, you inspire others, ignite enthusiasm, and create an environment where both your team and customers feel energy and trust.
