Team Leader in Infrastructural Facility Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for a leadership personality who enjoys leading teams, taking care of customers, and ensuring that processes on site run reliably and efficiently.

Tasks

• Responsibility for a fixed customer base as well as professional and organizational leadership of the site management team and assigned cleaning teams
• Planning, steering, and monitoring of service processes under economic, personnel, and technical aspects
• Closely working with regional management to ensure agreed-upon quality and performance standards
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING LONG-TERM CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AS WELL AS ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF INTERNAL PROCESSES

Qualification

• Completed training in building cleaning or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the building cleaning trade, hotel industry, or a similar service-oriented environment
• Leadership experience, e.g., as site manager, and good organizational talent
• Safe handling of common MS-Office applications is desirable
• Outstanding service orientation, sense of responsibility, and joy in working with people
• Driver's license class B
• Ideal experience in cleaning rooms
