The team leader hygiene is responsible for the smooth operation of the dairy's hygiene department, ensuring that all processes and procedures are carried out correctly and efficiently. This includes planning and organizing cleaning schedules, monitoring and controlling the effectiveness of cleaning products, and implementing measures to prevent contamination. The team leader hygiene also coordinates with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure that all aspects of dairy operations are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate should have a degree in food technology or a related field, several years of experience in the dairy industry, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
