Your Role

• You are the face of the Household Help Agency in your region

• Marketing and sales activities – building your own team of household helpers and customers

• Organization and customer support – with many parallels to the daily tasks in retail

• Coordination of your own team – and ensuring reliable support for all customers in need in your district

• Contact person for your district – you represent your district in all matters and decisions towards the headquarters

What You Bring

• Retail experience – experience in sales, customer service, or a comparable field, advantageous but not a requirement

• Strong communication skills – open in dealing with people and confident in various conversation situations

• Organizational talent – work independently, set priorities, and maintain an overview

• Sense of responsibility – make decisions and build your own team

• Ready for the next step after retail? Career changers from sales and customer service are explicitly welcome!

• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
