Your Tasks

Data and AI are your home? Furthermore, your new challenge will be shaped as follows:

• Strategic establishment and expansion of customer relationships/accounts as a Trusted Advisor in the banking environment
• Business Development and Sales with clear revenue responsibility (pitches, offers, upselling)
• Leadership of demanding Data & AI projects with responsibility for time, quality, budget, and risk – from strategic conception to successful implementation at the customer's site
• Leadership and development of a consulting team as well as ensuring efficient resource planning and project assignment
• Presentation of project results and derivation of recommendations for action to management level
• Development of innovative solutions in the field of Gen AI / Agentic AI or related Data & AI topics
• Further development of internal processes, methods, and best practices
• Quality assurance through coaching, feedback, and KPI tracking

Your Profile

Data is in your DNA? This is what you should bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in the Data & AI consulting environment
• In-depth professional experience in the banking industry is essential
• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science or a similar degree program, or a comparable qualification
• High drive, hands-on mentality, and the willingness to take responsibility, actively drive topics forward, and achieve sustainable success
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects and teams
• Experience in Business Development, ideally with own revenue responsibility and profitability targets
• Strong focus on Gen AI / Agentic AI or comparable modern Data & AI technologies
• Confidence and several years of experience in customer contact
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication at management level
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel as part of consulting activities
