We are looking for an experienced developer and property manager with over 100 employees in the Esslingen area to fill the position of

Leiter Finanzen & Controlling (w/m/d) with SAP knowledge

at a company that offers flexible working hours and further education opportunities after successful onboarding.

The full-time position, which is to be filled through personnel placement, means that you will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start. We would like to keep you for many years.

Aufgaben

This is what your new job looks like!

• You will be involved in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements based on your previous experience in accounting for a real estate company.
• In Finance, you will be a valuable support to your employees, providing hands-on assistance in ongoing financial accounting for several real estate companies. The same applies to the topic of investment accounting.
• You will lead six employees professionally and disciplinarily and develop them further.
• You will take care of cash forecasting and liquidity planning (weekly).
• You will be an important sparring partner in planning future investments.
• You will be a competent contact person for all topics related to accounting.
• You and your employees will create both medium- and long-term plans as well as actual vs. planned comparisons.
• You will be the preparatory and follow-up part for decision-making by the shareholders.
• You will bring in your experience in improving processes in Finance & Controlling and in project work (e.g., SAP migration).
• In all questions related to Finance & Controlling, you will be a competent contact person vis-à-vis the management and external partners (e.g., WP/StB).

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have good humor and enjoy working with nice colleagues and teamwork (6 employees in Finance & Controlling).
• You have at least four years of professional experience in a comparable position, including leadership, as well as at least four years in the real estate industry.
• You would ideally have already prepared monthly and annual financial statements independently. Alternatively, you have been involved to a great extent.
• You bring good user knowledge of SAP.
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German.
• We are happy to dispense with further personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What is important initially is that you enjoy working with nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who likes to develop professionally.
