Team Leader Finance & Controlling (w/m/d, SAP) for the Real Estate Industry (Homeoffice-Anteil)

We are looking for an experienced developer and property manager with over 100 employees in the Esslingen area to fill the position of

Leiter Finanzen & Controlling (w/m/d) with SAP knowledge

with a home office component of two days per week after successful onboarding.

In accordance with your skills and experience, you can earn up to 120,000 € p.a. (including variable share) here.

The full-time position that offers you flexible working hours and opportunities for further education is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, who would like to keep you employed for many years.

Aufgaben

• You will largely participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements based on your previous experience in accounting for a real estate company.
• In Finance, you will be a valuable support to your employees, hands-on supporting them in ongoing financial accounting for several real estate companies. The same applies to the topic of investment accounting.
• You will lead six employees professionally and disciplinarily and develop them further.
• You will have the hat on at cash forecasting and liquidity planning (weekly).
• You will be an important sparring partner in planning future investments.
• You will be a competent contact person for all topics related to accounting.
• You will, together with your employees, create both medium- and long-term plans as well as actual vs. planned comparisons.
• You will be the preparatory part before and after decision-making by the shareholders.
• You will bring in your experience for ongoing process improvements in Finance & Controlling and project work (e.g., SAP migration).
• In all questions related to Finance & Controlling, you will be a competent contact person vis-à-vis the management and external partners (e.g., WP/StB).

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have good humor and enjoy nice colleagues and teamwork (6 employees in Finance & Controlling).
• You have at least four years of professional experience in a comparable position, including leadership, as well as at least four years in the real estate industry.
• Ideal would be if you have already independently prepared monthly and annual financial statements. Alternatively, you have participated extensively in this process.
• You bring good user knowledge of SAP with you.
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German.
• We are happy to dispense with further personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What is important initially is that you enjoy nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who likes to develop professionally.
