As Team Leader Train Schedule Planning (m/w/d) at FlixTrain, you will take over the leadership of operations planning, including train schedule and track planning, shift planning, and circulation planning in rail operations. You coordinate the deployment of resources in passenger transport, work closely with DB Netz / DB InfraGO, and use tools like TPN and FBS Train Schedule System. With your experience in traffic and disposition planning, you establish stable processes, efficient track management, and a smooth train operation.

About the Role

• Fachliche und personelle Führung der Betriebsplaner:innen
• Verantwortung für unterjährige Fahrplan-, Schicht- und Trassenplanung ab dem VNP
• Organisation betrieblich notwendiger Infrastrukturressourcen und Dienstleistungen
• Erstellung von Personaleinsatzkonzepten und Schichtplänen für das Zugpersonal
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Sicherheitsmanagementsystems (SMS) und des Betriebsregelwerks (BRW)
• Planung von Abstellkonzepten und Versorgungsprozessen im Jahres- und unterjährigen Fahrplan
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen, Tools und Arbeitsabläufen zur Skalierung des Betriebs
• Regelmäßiger Austausch mit DB InfraGO zur Sicherstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Fahrplanunterlagen
• Prüfung von Rechnungen der Infrastrukturbetreiber

About You

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Verkehrs-/Transportwesen oder Logistik
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betriebs- bzw. Verkehrsplanung im Schienenpersonen- oder Güterverkehr
• Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
• Kenntnisse in TPN, FBS oder vergleichbarer Planungssoftware
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
• Teamorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• „Hands-on“-Mentalität und Motivation, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
