As an established company in the field of building management, we are looking for a strong Team Leader Building Service (m/w/d) in Leipzig, who coordinates our object service and leads our team with energy and structure. Your tasks as Team Leader Building Service

• Team leadership: Professional and disciplinary leadership, planning and motivation of our team consisting of caretakers, cleaning staff, and service employees.

• Object control: Ensuring cleanliness, order, and traffic safety on our objects and outdoor areas.

• Trade coordination: Organization and supervision of daily maintenance cleaning, garden and green area maintenance, and winter services.

• Service provider management: Coordination and quality control of external partners and craftsmen for larger projects.

• Material & budget planning: Responsibility for the economic use of tools, machines, and cleaning materials.

You bring with you

• Educational background: Completed vocational training in a craft, technical or building technology field (e.g. caretaker, craftsman, building service master) – or long-standing, comprehensive professional experience in a comparable function.

• Practical experience: Several years of experience in the area of building service, caretaking services, professional cleaning or object management.

• Leadership skills: Experience in leading and scheduling teams (e.g. as foreman, object leader or column leader).

• Organizational talent: You keep your overview even on changing weather days (e.g. during winter services) and work solution-oriented, taking charge when needed.

• Competence: Assertiveness, reliability and clear, respectful communication with employees, customers and service providers.

• Driver's license: Valid driving license of class B (mandatory for object trips).
