Employment Type: Full-time

• You will warmly welcome our guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.

• You will ensure a service-oriented and hospitable work style within the entire reception team.

• You will communicate effectively with all departments and ensure a seamless flow of information.

• You will handle guest complaints professionally and always keep guest satisfaction in mind.

• You will take over shift leadership and ensure clear procedures.

• You will onboard new employees, trainees, and interns and support their development.

• You will be responsible for cash handling, daily closings, and administrative tasks.

• You will work confidently with our hotel software Protel and use Hotelkit for internal communication.

• Completed vocational training in hotel management or a comparable degree.

• Professional experience at reception, preferably with leadership experience.

• An open, warm demeanor and a passion for guest interaction.

• Structured, organized way of working and strong communication skills.

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of MS Office, Protel, and Hotelkit

• Willingness to work shifts.
