Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Führung and Motivation of a workshop team

• Organisation and Coordination of maintenance and repair work

• Preparation of maintenance plans and reports

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the facilities

• Compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

• Optimization of processes in the electrical engineering department

• Collaboration with other departments and external partners

You bring:

• Electrical engineer or state-approved electrical technician

• Able to lead and motivate a team

• Professional experience in the field of electrical engineering

• Structured and responsible working style

• Communication strength and assertiveness
