Job description

Hamburg | Full-time | Unlimited | ca. 65,000–70,000 € p.a.

You come from electrical engineering, know industrial maintenance not just from theory and want to take on more responsibility both professionally and organizationally?

Then this position could be the next step.

We are looking for a Team Leader Electrical Engineering (m/w/d), who plans, coordinates, and oversees daily maintenance work – close to technology, close to the team, and close to the operation.

This is not just about desk management. This is about electrical engineering, reliability, safety, and a team that needs clear leadership.

Aufgaben

In your new role, you will take on the technical responsibility for electrical maintenance in ongoing operations.

You plan, coordinate, and oversee daily maintenance work in the electrical engineering field and ensure that orders are executed technically correctly, on time, and reliably.

In addition, your tasks include:

  • Planning, coordination, and oversight of electrical maintenance work
  • Safeguarding timely and professional execution of orders
  • Execution of special projects, e.g., during shutdowns
  • Steering and scheduling your team
  • Responsibility for quality, occupational safety, health, and environmental protection
  • Closely working with adjacent departments in the industrial environment
  • Participating in a stable, clean, and forward-looking work preparation

Qualifikation

You don't have to be a 20-year-old leader. What's more important is that you understand electrical engineering, want to take on responsibility, and can clearly and confidently appear in the industrial environment.

We value:

  • Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g., as an electrician, electronics technician, or mechatronics engineer
  • Further education as a master or technician in the field of electrical engineering
  • First to several years of experience in maintaining industrial plants
  • Experience in planning, work preparation, or coordinating technical work
  • Basic understanding of safety regulations, technical standards, and clean documentation
  • Pleasure in leading a team and developing it further
  • Structured, binding, and solution-oriented working style
  • Teamwork, grounding, and a clear view of what really matters in the operation

The ideal candidate has already gained some leadership experience. What's most important, however, is that you want to take the next step and bring the necessary technical foundation with you.

Benefits

You can expect a long-term perspective in a stable industrial environment with good structure, clear tasks, and an attractive overall package.

This includes:

  • Unlimited employment contract in full-time
  • Attractive salary package in the range of ca. 65,000–70,000 € p.a.
  • Scheduled working hours with overtime compensation
  • 30 days' vacation
  • Flexible time account
  • Friday early start into the weekend possible
  • Individual further education opportunities, e-learning, and professional development possibilities
  • Shuttle service to the plant entrance
  • Premium workwear and personal protective equipment
  • Support for occupational pension planning
  • Corporate benefits and other perks
Employer contribution for canteen or catering
  • Health offers like back school, yoga, or massages
  • Special leave days for significant life events
