For an established electrical engineering company in Reinbek, we are looking for you as a Team Leader Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) for direct permanent employment with the company. You will be responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of the team and will be the central point of contact for the customer and management.

Your tasks

• Technical and organizational leadership of a team of approximately 5 electrical specialists

• Daily deployment planning and coordination of personnel, material, and deadlines

• Point of contact for the industrial customer on-site and for management

• Participation in the installation, maintenance, and modernization of electrical industrial plants

• Troubleshooting, fault clearance, and testing according to VDE and DGUV Regulation 3

• Technical guidance of employees and documentation of work records

Your profile

• Completed training as an electrician for energy and building technology, plant technology, or equivalent

• Experience as an Electrical Engineering Team Leader, Foreman, Chief Electrician, Construction Site Manager, or Assembly Manager

• Sound practical experience in electrical installation and maintenance in an industrial environment

• Proficient in handling circuit diagrams and knowledge of VDE and DGUV V3 testing

• Driver's license class B, master craftsman's or technician's certificate ideally available
