Team Leader electrical maintenance (m/w/d) Schilliger Holz produces in high-performance sawing, planing, gluing, plate and soon also wood fiber insulation board works in Switzerland and France demanding and innovative components for the woodworking industry. Further information can be found at As TEAM LEADER ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE in our new wood fiber insulation board plant, you are responsible for developing and optimizing maintenance processes as well as ensuring a reliable operation of the production facilities. Your tasks will include planning and implementing maintenance measures, monitoring and controlling the condition of equipment and machinery, identifying and eliminating potential sources of error, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. In addition, you will be responsible for training and supervising employees in the area of electrical maintenance. The successful candidate should have a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, several years of experience in electrical maintenance, and excellent communication skills.
