About the Role
You will take over the leadership of the printing departments and ensure that high-quality products are produced efficiently and on time. The role combines operational leadership, clear prioritization, and continuous process improvement. Your contribution will ensure that our premium products reach our customers on time, economically, and with the usual quality.

How you live curiosity every day
  • Organization and technical leadership of your team in the printing and framing production area
  • Monitoring of the daily production process, including quality and process control
  • Application of Lean methods (e.g., 5S, KVP) to increase productivity and process reliability
  • Efficient planning and management of personnel, machinery, and materials
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards

  • Motivation and development of your employees
  • Visible, hands-on leadership with a focus on results, quality, and collaboration
  • Maintenance and further development of our high production and quality standards

    • What you bring with you
  • Completed technical vocational training
  • Experience in leading and developing teams in a production or industrial environment
  • Solid understanding of production processes, planning, and quality assurance
  • Good organizational skills and clear, binding communication
  • Very good German and solid English skills for daily work

  • Professional experience or qualification in the printing sector
  • Further training as a master craftsman, technician, or comparable qualification
