Team Leader Deponieplanung and Waste Management (m/w/d)

The engineering company Prof. Czurda and Partner mbH (ICP) is a leading medium-sized engineering office with its headquarters in Karlsruhe in the fields of waste management, landfill technology, contaminated site remediation and geotechnics.

To sustainably develop our team, we are looking for a professionally qualified and leadership-strong personality as Team Leader (m/w/d) at the Karlsruhe location.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Fachliche Verantwortung
• Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich Deponieplanung, Tiefbau und Entwässerungsplanung
• Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Due-Diligence-Prüfungen
• Planung, Konzeption und Koordination komplexer Infrastruktur- und Abfallprojekte
• Bewertung rechtlicher, technischer, sozioökonomischer und umweltrelevanter Rahmenbedingungen
• Begleitung von Genehmigungsverfahren
• Ausschreibung, Angebotsvergleich und Vertragsverhandlungen
• Bauüberwachung bzw. Organisation der Bauüberwachung
• Entwicklung von Finanzierungs- und Betreiberkonzepten im Kontext Kreislaufwirtschaft
• Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Auftraggebern, internationalen Partnern und Finanzierungsinstitutionen

Leadership responsibility:

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams in Karlsruhe
• Weiterentwicklung und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden
• Kapazitätsplanung und Ressourcensteuerung
• Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs Abfallwirtschaft & Deponietechnik
• Förderung einer konstruktiven, teamorientierten Zusammenarbeit vor Ort

Qualification

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, environmental technology or comparable
• At least 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in landfill planning, waste management or construction
• Experience in leading complex projects
• Ideal experience in operating waste disposal facilities
• Knowledge of sustainable resource management and circular economy
• Familiarity with relevant regulations (DWA, DIN, VOB, HOAI)
• Experience with CAD and planning software (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
• Solid German language skills and good English language skills
• Travel readiness (project-related)
