Our client is an international company specializing in the medical small and large equipment trade, as well as supply and medical materials with its headquarters located in Neu-Isenburg starting summer 2026 and is looking for a team leader to join us at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for debt accounting
• Disciplinary and professional leadership of a team of 7 employees
• Ensuring smooth daily business, including accounts receivable management and billing
• Responsibility for coordination, clarification, and escalation matters
• Development and optimization of debt processes, particularly in the SAP environment
• Closely working with Controlling, Accounting, departments, and Management
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Collaboration on projects (e.g., process optimization, system adjustments)

Qualification

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of experience in debt accounting
• In-depth SAP knowledge (FI, ideally with SD connection)
• Experience in leading employees
• Structured, solution-oriented work approach
• Assertiveness paired with empathy
• High quality standards and sense of responsibility
• Fluent German language skills and good English language skills
