You want not only to manage, but to shape – and that's where IT has a real business impact? You're looking for a role in which you develop Salesforce as a strategic core platform, lead a 14-member team of internal and external colleagues, and serve as a bridge between IT and the departments?

For an established home care company with nationwide presence, I am seeking in direct and exclusive cooperation with the IT Director a Teamlead Business Platforms (m/w/d), who is eager to take over the central interface area between IT and business – with budget responsibility, team leadership, and real shaping scope.

Aufgaben

• Teamführung — You lead approximately 14 internal employees and external Salesforce- and MuleSoft-developers (all in Germany, long-term integrated) as well as an established external project management team – altogether rund 14 Mitarbeitende within your sphere of influence.
• Plattformverantwortung — You steer Salesforce as the central CRM platform (Sales, Service, Health, and Marketing Cloud productive, Experience Cloud in preparation) as well as the MuleSoft integration layer – professionally, coordinatively, and advisory to the departments.
• Projektkoordination — You are responsible for requirements management, prioritization, and resource planning across all initiatives in the Business Platforms area – with a yearly budget of approximately 1.1 million euros, which is the largest part of the entire IT budget.
• Schnittstellenmanagement — You serve as a bridge between departments (Sales, Sales Force Excellence Team, Customer Service, Billing, and Health Insurance Management) and IT: requirements translate, capacities transparently display, and communicate clearly in all directions – up to Executive Committee level.
• Strategische Sichtbarkeit — You develop the IT strategy for your area, take over project leadership for one or two strategic large projects per year, and present these independently before the Executive Committee.
• Governance & Roadmap — You drive the establishment of the company-wide IT Steering Committee forward and shape the roadmap actively with: E-Rezept, Order-to-Cash, Experience Cloud, as well as KI-based process automation (Voice-to-Text, telephone integration, digitalization of health insurance contracts) – KI with investor-level priority.

Qualifikation

• Führungserfahrung — You have several years of experience in leading IT teams and understand how to structure, coordinate, and motivate internal employees and external service providers – with empathy, but also with clear direction.
• CRM-/ERP-Erfahrung — Ideally, you are familiar with Salesforce from practical experience and can assess feasibility, translate requirements, and professionally steer external developers – without yourself diving deep into development. ERP/CRM processes you understand end-to-end.
• Integrationsverständnis — You bring a solid conceptual understanding of integration architectures – whether MuleSoft or comparable middleware – and can safely steer external partners on this level, translating requirements cleanly.
• Persönlichkeit & Rhetorik — You are a strong personality who can anchor decisions company-wide and defend priorities against resistance – while communicating empathetically, protecting the team, and taking a clear stance upwards.
• IT-Projektleitung & Methodik — You have experience in leading and implementing agile CRM/ERP projects including budget responsibility. You work independently, prioritize clearly, and deliver results yourself without needing a micromanager above you.
