at a successful housing construction company with over 4,000 apartments in inventory and around 100 employees.

After successful onboarding, you will have a home office share of two days per week.

You can earn up to €80,000 p.a. depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

The full-time position (37 weekly hours) is to be filled through personnel placement. Which means: you will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, who would like to keep you for many years.

Tasks

• You will work together with your team to create cost and heating bills, where you will participate hands-on
• You will also resolve discrepancies
• You will bring in your experience when optimizing and digitalizing processes
• You will take over tasks from the cost controlling department.

Qualification

• A good mood, enthusiasm for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Whether you've already gained leadership experience or not, it doesn't matter! What's important is that you're eager to take on responsibility
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German
