Team Leader Construction Financing (m/w/d)

Felix Böhm Construction Financing is not a classical financial services provider. We are a young, technology-driven company from Augsburg that is rethinking construction financing. Our goal: to make as many people as possible's dream of owning their own home come true. With speed, precision, and modern tools.

As Team Leader Construction Financing, you are the right-hand man of the CEO. You take over the technical responsibility for all financings, build a team of advisors, and ensure that Felix can gradually step back from the operational daily business. You are not here to follow instructions - you are here to build a company.

Tasks

• You review financing cases independently and relieve the CEO directly
• You conduct bank negotiations for complex capital investment cases and build relationships with our bank partners
• You take over the technical leadership of the construction financing advisors, who are employed and trained under you
• You ensure the quality of every financing - from the initial consultation to the payout
• You develop standards and processes for the growing team to work with
• You work closely with Felix on the strategic development of the company

Qualification

• Experience in construction financing: At least 3 years of experience in real estate financing, preferably with a focus on capital investments
• Knowledge of capital investment-real estate: You can structure financings independently and know the requirements of various institutions.
• Leadership willingness: You don't have to be a seasoned team leader. But you want to be one. You have led colleagues, passed on knowledge, or taken over responsibility - and want more.
• Work style: Reliable, solution-oriented, clear in communication. You don't wait for instructions - you act.
