The role As Team Leader Real Estate Support Technology & Rental, you will lead a team of approximately 11 employees within the support teams Technology and Rental on a daily basis. These teams form the first point of contact for tenants, colleagues, and external parties and thus play a central role in the organization's operations. As Team Leader, you are responsible for: • Providing guidance and direction to your team members; • Developing and implementing effective processes and procedures; • Ensuring high-quality service delivery to our customers; • Maintaining open communication lines with stakeholders; • Identifying and addressing potential issues and risks; • Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, business administration); • At least 3 years of experience as a team leader or manager; • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and make decisions; • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs).
