Team Leader

As team leader production, you will work for our client in Geldermalsen where they make bread for supermarkets. In this role, the direction of the production department is central, with the achievement of goals and the realization of improvements being the most important pillars. As team leader production, you will work in the 2-shift service and receive an all-in salary of €4,200.00 - €4,600.00 gross per month based on full-time.

Job description:

As team leader production, you are daily responsible for efficiently using people and resources to ensure that production runs as smoothly as possible. You lead a team of approximately 20 employees and encourage your team by setting a good example in terms of safety and teamwork.

In addition, you are responsible for translating the weekly planning into a detailed production planning and setting up rosters. You keep track of the progress of production and monitor the quality and quantity of deliveries. Problems that arise on the shop floor, you solve together with your team. Implementing and implementing improvement initiatives is also part of your tasks, where you actively contribute to the further optimization of processes. As team leader production, you are an important link in the growth and professionalization of the organization.

Job requirements:

• Leadership experience within the food industry, preferably with fresh products;
• A strong personality, communicative and result-oriented;
• Stress-resistant and able to handle setbacks;
• Willing to work full-time in the 2-shift service between 06:00 and 22:00 hours and 1x in 5 weeks on Sunday.
