Due to continuous growth and ambitious technological plans for the future, the company is currently looking for a team leader for the technical department.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a machine park with 42 machines and leading a team of about 10 employees. You will report directly to the Production Manager Technical Service. As Team Leader Technical Service, you will perform preventive maintenance and optimize the machine park. You will combine practical technical work with managing your team and play an active role in the further growth and innovation of this great family business.

The role
This is what you will do

As a Working Foreman Technical Service, you will be involved in the following activities:

• Coordination: Coordinating and facilitating activities within the Technical Service department
• Management: Managing a team of approximately 10 Technical Service Mechanics
• Responsibility: Distributing work within the team and responsibility for correct and safe execution of tasks
• Team Player: Participating in technical troubleshooting, maintenance, new construction, and repairs on a modern machine park of approximately 42 machines
• Administration: Correct registration of performed activities
• People Manager: Creating a good working atmosphere within the team
• Reporting: Reporting to the Production Manager TS and collaborating on improvements in the factory
• Maintenance: Future-oriented focus on preventive maintenance of machines according to a fixed annual plan
