Team Leader Sales Support Strategic Accounts

What will you do?

As Team Leader Sales Support Strategic Accounts, you will ensure that your team excels and our strategic clients receive the service they expect. You will manage the Sales Support team, optimize processes, and guide the development from an administrative to a commercially supportive department. Together with Sales, Customer Service, Customer IT, Finance, and Operations, you will work towards further professionalization. You will report to the Manager Strategic Sales Support.

• You will lead 5 Sales Support agents.

• You will coach and develop colleagues in their profession and personal growth.

• You will be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders to realize our first-time-right ambition.

• You will identify improvement opportunities and optimize working methods together with process specialists.

• You will contribute to high customer satisfaction among our strategic clients.

• You will monitor the quality and progress of processes and customer agreements.

What do we offer you?

• A salary between € 3,300.90 and € 4,715.56 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience.

• A position for 31 (0.8 fte) to 38.75 (1 fte) hours per week.

• Demonstrable MBO4 work and thinking level.

• Experience in a leadership role.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a comparable commercial environment.

• A good command of the Dutch and English languages.

• Strong analytical skills; you translate figures into actions and improvements.

• You are proactive, build strong internal networks, and achieve your goals.
