Production Team Leader

As production team leader, you ensure that both the production personnel and the production process run smoothly. You work as a production team leader within a meat processing company in Zeewolde and the working hours are in 2-shifts. The salary ranges up to €4300 gross per period and you will start working immediately with the client.

• Directly employed as a production team leader by the client;
• A comprehensive salary between € 3,807, - and € 4,300,- gross per period (4-weeks) including allowances according to the poultry processing industry collective agreement;

As a production team leader, you have a significant responsibility in making chicken products for various A-brands. You have meat knowledge and control quality standards and product specifications. Within the production, you have 15 production and packaging lines. As a production team leader, you are responsible for determining the daily staffing and weekly planning, supervising employees and distributing work, improving production processes and machine and line reports evaluating..
The working hours are in 2-shifts: in the morning shift between 05:30-15:00 hours and in the afternoon shift between 14:30-23:30 hours, or until the work is completed (up to a maximum of 1.00 hour). Additionally, you will work 1x in the 2 weeks on Saturday in a day shift.

You will be working at a location in the vicinity of Zeewolde, where they mainly produce chicken.

Job requirements

• Experience as a leader within a production environment;
• You master both Dutch and English languages;
• You are flexible and available from Monday to Saturday (5 working days);
• You have no problem working in a cold environment between 2 and 4 degrees.
