Job description
As Team Leader Poly, you are the driving force of our production. You lead a team (approx. 16 FTE) with whom you collectively strive to achieve objectives such as safety, health, environment, quality, quantity, and efficiency. In addition, you are constantly looking for new opportunities to optimize results and monitor continuity, both in the short and medium term. As a Team Leader, you provide hierarchical leadership, are an example of Envalior's behavioral standards, and are responsible for improving team performance and individual performance by applying Envalior HR instruments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring a safe working environment and overseeing compliance with SHE guidelines.
- Achieving customer demand, production, and quality objectives.
- Managing operators and coordinating activities during shifts.
- Operations Owner within Manufex work processes.
- Managing utility systems and work permits.
- Ensuring sustainable growth of your operators, correct staffing and availability, and improving team and individual performance.
- What do we expect from you?
- Proactive attitude and risk awareness.
- Hands-on presence on the work floor (approx. 40% of your time).
- Passion for sustainable employability and employee development.
- Stress-resistant and decisive.
- Compliance with and promotion of a world-class SHE and continuous improvement culture.
- Experience with HR instruments such as PDR and absence management.
- Fulfilling the role of Day Shift Team Leader in rotation.
Requirements
- A completed Operator C education (MBO level 4) or equivalent.
- Leadership experience in a production environment.
- Experience in managing and developing teams.
- Driving force in SHE, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
- Technical insight and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills and decisiveness.
