Then we are looking for you as a logistics team leader in Veenendaal. As a logistics team leader, you will lead an operational team daily. You will focus on quality, safety, and results, coach employees, and ensure the operation runs efficiently.

Where will you be working?

You will work closely with fellow team leaders and the operations manager. Together, you will ensure that thousands of packages are processed safely and on time every day. You will work in a fixed rotating roster:

• 03:00 - 11:30 AM

• 11:30 AM - 08:00 PM

What will you be doing?

• Leading, coaching, and developing employees.

• Directing the daily logistics operation.

• Focusing on KPIs, quality, safety, and productivity.

• Identifying bottlenecks and improving performance.

• Initiating and implementing process improvements.

• Collaborating with colleagues and other departments.

What do we offer you?

• A salary between €2,931.25 and €4,187.50 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

• A full-time position (1 FTE) of 38.75 hours per week.

• A favorable irregular hours allowance (ORT)

  • 30% between 08:00 PM and 12:00 AM;

  • 45% between 12:00 AM and 06:00 AM;

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays;

  • 100% on public holidays;

What do you bring?

• MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a leader.

• Experience in logistics, transport, or production.

• You focus on results and KPIs.

• You communicate easily and coach employees.

• You are willing to work in shifts.
