Team Leader Welding Department

Are you an experienced welder with leadership qualities? Do you want to lead a team of 15 professionals and improve processes? Then we are looking for you as Team Leader Welding Department!

What will you do?

As Team Leader Welding Department, you will lead a team of approximately 15 specialists within our combined welding and construction department. Your team works on series and unique products for high-tech sectors. You produce complex machine frames and large constructions of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum according to strict quality standards.

• You create and monitor schedules based on work instructions
• You manage and check work according to company procedures
• You consult with internal departments regarding progress and improvements
• You conduct performance and appraisal interviews
• You identify opportunities for improvement and make proposals for process optimization
• You collect and analyze data for quality improvement

What we are looking for?

You are a natural leader with technical knowledge and a keen eye for quality. You know how to connect and motivate people.

• Experience as a fabricator/welder
• Preferably experience in a leadership or coordinating role
• Knowledge of various welding techniques and production processes
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented
