As a Packing Team Leader, you ensure that every product looks perfect before it leaves our door. Together with your team, you will package, inspect, and distribute everything to the correct orders. You have an eye for process, quality, and food safety, and you keep the pace up. Because a customer who unpacks their order and thinks, "That looks good," that's what we do it for.

What you will do

• You will operate the machines for labeling, sealing, and packaging.

• You will package products correctly and ensure proper labeling.

• You will check if product quality meets the standard: the correct label, the layout, residual oxygen content, the seal, metal detection, and more.

• You will ensure that packaged products are correctly distributed among different orders and reach the right order.

• You will maintain the equipment.

• You will identify deviations.

• You will keep the required records: order distribution, measurements, production numbers, spoilage, and more.

• You will strictly adhere to safety regulations.

• You will actively contribute in team meetings about improving the process.

• You will actively participate in new initiatives.

• You are flexible. You can handle change well. If your work suddenly changes, you adapt quickly and find your way in the new situation.

• You are a good communicator. You clearly indicate when there is an issue, and you actually do it. Your colleagues know what you mean, what you are doing, and when you encounter a problem.

• You are accurate. You work neatly, structured, and according to schedule. You record and note where necessary.

• You are a problem solver. Is something not going as it should? You don't shy away from it. You gather information, make a plan, and consult with your supervisor where necessary. You recognize problems in time and solve them well.

• You are technically handy. You can operate labeling and sealing machines and understand how production processes work.

• You are quality-conscious. You pay close attention to product quality.
