Team Leader Assemblage

Craftsman and leader! The assembly line runs, colleagues work through and you keep an overview. A machine must leave the door tomorrow. You see in time that something is wrong, fix it and ensure that the planning is simply achieved. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for our assembly department. Do you prefer to work together and guide colleagues? Then the role of working foreman suits you well. Would you rather lead the team and plan? Then you can grow into team leader assemblage... As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily management of the assembly line, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality. You will also be involved in planning and coordinating production processes, identifying and solving problems, and providing guidance and support to your colleagues. In addition, you will be expected to maintain a safe and healthy working environment, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
