Job Description
As Teamleader, you support the Manager in the daily operations of the station. Together with the Manager and the other Teamleaders, you ensure that the shop, sandwich bar, and restaurant run smoothly. You are a visible point of contact on the shop floor, foster a positive team atmosphere, and actively contribute to an excellent customer experience.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the Manager in the daily management of the station.
- Managing, coaching, and motivating employees.
- Guiding and following up on new colleagues.
- Actively participating during operational shifts.
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and a neat presentation of the station.
- Monitoring product availability and quality.
- Tasks related to the correct adherence to procedures and food safety standards.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as orders and inventories.
- Monitoring sales results and contributing to improvement actions.
- Together with the other Teamleaders and the Manager, ensuring good coverage within the station.
Profile
- You have several years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience within the food sector, hospitality, or retail is an absolute requirement.
- You are a true people manager who knows how to motivate and guide employees.
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy actively working on the shop floor.
- You take responsibility and dare to make decisions.
- You are strong in organization and maintain an overview, even during busy moments.
- You are results-oriented and think in terms of solutions.
- You speak Dutch fluently and can also assist customers and colleagues in French and English.
- You are flexible and willing to work in different shifts.
Offer
- A responsible and varied function within a dynamic work environment.
- A gross monthly salary between €2,598.43 and €2,981.38, depending on relevant experience.
- Meal vouchers, bonuses, and commuting allowance.
- An extensive package of supplementary benefits: group insurance, hospitalization insurance, 13th month.
- An extensive training program with support from the Manager.
The training will normally take place in Waarloos.
