Your Role
As Packaging Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily management and coordination of the pork packaging process. You lead your team with enthusiasm and ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and according to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you actively contribute to improvements and optimizations within the department.
Your Responsibilities:
- Directing, guiding, and motivating packaging personnel
- Supervising the correct execution of packaging activities and quality controls
- Monitoring production targets and making timely adjustments where necessary
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
- Ensuring smooth communication between different departments
- Actively participating in the packaging department
ProfileWho are we looking for?
- You start the workday at 5 AM and are flexible regarding hours
- You are hands-on, stress-resistant, and think in terms of solutions
- You highly value quality, safety, and hygiene
- You preferably have experience managing employees
- Knowledge of HACCP and other relevant quality standards is a plus
